Christian Soule

Christian Soule is the associate director of automation in the Center for the Development of Therapeutics (CDoT) at the Ó³»­´«Ã½ of MIT and Harvard, where he leads a team focused on the development and execution of assays for high-throughput screening. Leveraging his technical expertise and the Ó³»­´«Ã½'s state-of-the-art equipment, Soule collaborates across many groups to advance science, develop new technology, and positively impact patients.

Prior to joining the Ó³»­´«Ã½ in 2022, Soule served as automation director at the Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research at MIT, where he provided mentorship and training to graduate, postgraduate, and faculty investigators. He utilized industry-leading laboratory technology to design robust, repeatable experiments, including assay development, training, large screens, and follow-up assays.

Soule holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Boston University.
