Some incredible news today in the Boston Globe: the ӳ����ý is among the “Top Places to Work” in Massachusetts in 2010.

The , featured today on , names the top 100 employers in the state based on surveys of employees from almost 1,200 organizations. The Globe’s analysis included private companies, non-profits, and publicly-held businesses, and evaluated these organizations according to several criteria: company leadership, compensation and training, diversity/inclusion, career development, family-friendly flexibility, and values and ethics.

“Each of the companies included in the Top Places to Work 2010 deserve recognition for creating a positive workplace for their employees,” said Chris Mayer, publisher of the Boston Globe. “Their accomplishment adds to the vitality of this state’s business environment.”

With the ӳ����ý’s recent transition to a , this year marks the institute’s first year of eligibility for such a distinction.
