The Boston Globe has once again listed the ӳý among the “” in Massachusetts. It is the fourth year in a row that the institute, which prides itself on its interdisciplinary community and collaborative spirit, has earned the honor, which recognizes workplace satisfaction.

This year, the newspaper surveyed over 75,000 employees from more than 300 organizations statewide to determine which 125 employers would make the list. Respondents were asked to measure employers’ performance in areas such as leadership and management, pay and benefits, and commitment to career development. The survey also looked at employees’ satisfaction with work/life balance, and their overall sense of engagement at work.

The Globe said that companies that made the list offered what employees value most: a sense of appreciation, the feeling that they’re part of something meaningful, and confidence in the organization’s future.

The ӳý made the cut in the “large employer” category, for companies with 250 to 999 employees.

“To be included on the list in each of our first four years of eligibility is a tremendous honor and a tribute to the entire ӳý community,” said the institute’s deputy director and executive vice-president Alan Fein.

The honorees were featured in the Sunday, November 17 edition of the Globe. The list now appears on .
