Marcia is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health in the Department of Epidemiology, and an incoming assistant Professor at the Epi Department at Boston University. She received her PhD at Brown University. Her research focuses on addressing the influence of spatial determinants of health throughout the life course, including access to green space, on cardiovascular health, cognitive decline, and health disparities. She is originally from Mexico City.
