Introducing NeuroGAP-Psychosis

Neuropsychiatric Genetics in African Populations (NeuroGAP)-Psychosis is an international partnership of the Stanley Center for Psychiatric Research at the Ó³»´«Ã½, the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and universities and health centers in Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, and South Africa. Together, they are undertaking the largest psychiatric genetics project yet conducted in Africa, exploring the genetics of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder in African populations.

In late 2019, a video team from the Ó³»´«Ã½ traveled to Kenya and Uganda to learn more about this remarkable partnership.
