Center for Cell Circuits Computational Genomics Workshop

The Center for Cell Circuits, a Center of Excellence in Genomic Science (CEGS) at the Ó³»´«Ã½, will host its annual Computational Genomics Workshop on October 7 and 8, 2020. The workshop focused on bringing together researchers from outside of the Center to learn computational tools developed for the analysis of genome-scale data at multiple levels (RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, and proteomics) and to reconstruct cell circuits models from these large-scale data sets.

The lecture series will focus on RNA-seq methods and data assembly, alignment, and analysis, single cell RNA-seq genomics, ChIP-seq experimental and computational methods, and proteomics. Participants will receive instruction on the use of cloud-based single cell RNA-seq data analysis and the cloud-based Terra system.

Registration is now closed. For any questions, contact ccc-workshop@broadinstitute.org.
