Image analysis
The Cimini lab in the Imaging Platform develops advanced image analysis methods, with an emphasis on high-throughput microscopy experiments (often called high-content screening). Custom image analysis methods are often required to identify particular phenotypes our collaborators hope to find in cells, organisms, and tissues.
